MUFFIN per San Valentino



UN dolce pensiero per San Valentino??? Deliziosi muffin al cioccolato assolutamente fatti a mano, anzi in questo caso fatti con il cuore!!!
Ecco la mia ricetta, li preparerò per il mio fidanzato!



2gr bicarbonato
150gr burro
70g cacao amaro in polvere
100gr cioccolato fondente o gocce di cioccolato
300g farina
180ml latte
300gr zucchero
1 bustina vanillina
4 uova medie
1gr sale
6gr lievito in polvere


In un robot da cucina, oppure con un frustino elettrico, sbattete  il burro ammorbidito assieme allo zucchero e alla vanillina : quando il composto risulterà chiaro e spumoso,  aggiungete le uova a temperatura ambiente una alla volta. Lavorate tutti gli ingredienti per qualche minuto e poi trasferite il composto così ottenuto in una ciotola capiente. Mischiate  e setacciate assieme la farina con il cacao amaro, il lievito, il bicarbonato, il sale e uniteli al composto di uova alternando l'aggiunta del latte a temperatura ambiente . Unite per ultimo il cioccolato fondente grattugiato servendovi di una spatola. Amalgamate il tutto e dividete l’impasto nei pirottini (magari servendovi di una tasca da pasticcere oppure di un cucchiaio) che avrete posizionato all'interno di uno stampo per muffin:  infornate i muffin al cioccolato in forno già caldo a 180 gradi in forno statico, oppure a 165 gradi se utilizzate un forno ventilato, per 30 minuti . Sfornate i muffin al cioccolato, lasciateli raffreddare e poi, se vi piace, spolverizzateli con poco zucchero al velo; io non ho messo lo zucchero a velo ma ho preferito attaccare dei cuoricini rossi di zucchero,aiutandomi con un pochino di miele!
